Extension of Residence
General Requirements

Form F-007 (free of charge).

Receipt of payment at Banco de la Nación for the right of paperwork (S/. 39.90).

Receipt of payment of the established rate of immigration from Banco de la Nación (US$ 50.00).

The originals and a copy of the passport, those must be valid.
Note:
Applicants must have the valid stay at the time of filling the application.
They are exempted from payment of the rate of immigration those who fall within the scope of Article 3 of Supreme Decree N º 206-83-EFC.
Resident Worker
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy of the labor contract legalized by the notary or the attestor of DIGEMIN approved by the administration authority of labor, by a period less than 1 year with the exception of the cases mentioned in the Article 3º of Legislative Decree Nº689 and its regulations DS Nº 023-2001-TR (Observe the chart located in the right side)

A copy of the last three (03) payment receipts.
Investor
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

An update copy of the Certificate of Public Registry - SUNARP of the constitution of the company. In case of being a new company, it must have a minimun representation in the social capital of US $25 000 in cash or its equivalent in Nuevos Soles.

In case of shares or participations transfer, submit:
  A copy of the General Meeting of stockholders Act and Stock transfer book or public deeds of participation transfer legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of DIGEMIN.
  Certificate of the company where it has the investment in case the company is not registered at Stock Exchange or a certificate of CONASEV.
  A copy of the certificate issued by the SUNAT up to date in the payment of taxes, payment of income taxes of the 5th category of their workers and their contributions to EsSalud.

A copy of the staff payroll company certified by the attestor of DIGEMIN of the past three months prior to the filing date of the file where you can verify the existence of the five (5) new jobs.
  In case of new company, the certificate to which does reference will have to correspond to the company that gave origin to the visa or extension of previous residence.
Note:
For the second year as a minimum 5 Peruvian workers.
Professional
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy of the withholding certificate of income or certificate of payment to the SUNAT legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of DIGEMIN.

Copy of the last 3 or 5 issued receipt for professional fees.
Catholic Religious
All the general requirements with the exception of number 3:

The letter of the legal representative of the religious congregation endorsed by the "Dirección de Asuntos de la Iglesia Católica" of the Ministry of Justice (when is domiciled in Lima) or by the bishop of the respective jurisdiction (when is domiciled in province), supporting the application, indicating the time of residence. The beneficiaries could do the activities related to teaching and health.
No Catholic Religious
All the general requirements with the exception of number 3:

The letter of the legal representative of the religious congregation endorsed by the "Dirección de Asuntos Interconfesionales" of the Ministry of Justice, supporting the application, proving and indicating the time of residence. The beneficiaries could do the activities related to teaching and health.
Called of Family
In addition to those contained in the general requirements, submit:

Updated document that accredits the continuity of the situation for which received the called of family.

The Letter of Guarantee should be legalized by a Public Notary.

A copy of the identity document ( Alien Card or DNI).
Student
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

Registration certificate issued by the owner of the educational center with official acknowledgement countersigned by the competent authority or a certificate of work experience at pre -professional level or specialty by a minimum period of a year.

Update transcript Certificate issued by the educational institution.

Document that indicates the consent of the parents or guardian, in case of being a minor, this document should be authenticated by Peruvian Consulate and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with the corresponding apostille.
Refugee / Asylee
The general requirements 1, 2 and submit:

The Official Letter of the status renewal from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A copy of the passport and Alien card.
 
Important Information
Payment for Procedure: S/. 39.90 nuevos soles.
Procedure Timeline: 15 days.
Department in Which Starts the Procedure: DIGEMIN or Immigration Headquartes.
Authority Who Approves the Procedure: Director de Inmigraciones or Assistant Director of residentes or Jefes de Migraciones.
Authority in Case of Reconcideration:Director de Inmigraciones or Jefes de Migraciones.
Authority In Case Of Appeal: General Director of Immigration and Naturalization.
