Extension of Stay
General Requirements

Form F-007 (free of charge).

Receipt of payment at Banco de la Nación for the right of paperwork (S/. 12.25).

The originals and a copy of the passport or travel document, those must be valid.

Andean Immigration Card (TAM).
05
Receipt of payment of the established rate of immigration from Banco de la Nación (US$ 20.00).
Note:
Applicants must have the valid stay at the time of filing the application.
The regularization for extension of stay will be for each time they are ended, with the corresponding payment(s) rate(s) and right(s).
Tourist
Foreign nationals and residents of member countries of the Andean Community: will present the national identification document recognized by the Decisión Nº 503 or bilateral agreement with which they entered to the country in instead of a passport and account for a single extension for a period of 90 days.
Artist
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy of the Contract legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of DIGEMIN, registered in the Ministry of Labor in the event of being extended or a new contract.
Note:
It is up to two extensions up to 30 days each one within a calendar year.
Student
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

Registration certificate issued by the owner of the education center with official acknowledgement countersigned by the competent authority or a certificate of work experience at pre -professional level or specialty by a minimum period of a year.

Prove financial solvency that guarantees the payment of all the expenses of stay and study.

Document that indicates the consent of the parents or guardian, in case of being a minor, this document should be authenticated by Peruvian Consulate and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the corresponding apostille.
Note:
It is up to one extension for up to a year.
Temporary Worker
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of the DIGEMIN of extending the contract that led to the visa or the new contract signed and approved by the administrative authority of the Ministry of Labor, with the exception of cases mentioned in the Legislative Decree Nº. 689, its regulations and Supreme Decree Nº. 023-2001-TR.
Note:
It is up an extension for up to one year.
Designated Worker of Foreign Company (Non-Resident)
The original document of the designated person issued by the foreign company legalized in the Peruvian Consulate and Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the additional time indication of the provision of service in the country. If this document is in a foreign language, it must be translated into Spanish by an official translator.
Note:
It is up an extension for up to one year.
Catholic Religious
All the requirements with the exception of number 5:

The letter of the legal represent of the religious congregation endorsed by the "Dirección de Asuntos de la Iglesia Católica" of the Ministry of Justice (when is domiciled in Lima) or by the bishop of the respective jurisdiction (when is domiciled in province), supporting the application, indicating the TIME OF residence. The beneficiaries could do the activities related to teaching and health.
Note:
It is up an extension for up to one year.
No Catholic Religious
All the requirements with the exception of number 5:

The letter of the legal represent of the religious congregation endorsed by the "Dirección de Asuntos Interconfesionales" of the Ministry of Justice, supporting the application, proving and indicating the TIME OF residence. The beneficiaries could do the activities related to teaching and health.

Investor
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy of the withholding certificate legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of DIGEMIN.

A copy certified by the attestor of DIGEMIN of the past three months staff payroll company prior to the filing date of the file where you can verify the existence of the five (5) new jobs.

A simple copy of the certificate issued by the SUNAT up to date in the payment of taxes, payment of income taxes of the 5th category of their workers and their contributions to EsSalud.
Note:
It is up an extension for up to one year.
Professional
In addition to those general requirements, submit:

A copy of the withholding certificate of income or certificate of payment to the SUNAT legalized by a notary or authenticated by the attestor of DIGEMIN.
Note:
It is up an extension for up to one year.
Called of Family
To Relative in the Ascending Line, Descendant (Under 18 Years Old, Single Daughters, and Children Over 18 Years Old with Disability) or Spouse:
a) In Case of Being Relative in the Ascending Line

Birth Certificate issued from the origin country legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
b) In Case of Descendant Under 18 Years Old

Birth Certificate issued from the origin country legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
c) In Case of Children Over 18 Years Old with Disabilities

Birth Certificate issued from the origin country legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Document that demonstrates the condition of disability.
d) In Case of Single Daughters Over 18 Years Old

Birth Certificate issued from the origin country legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Certificate of No impediment legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
e) In Case of Being Married with a Peruvian Citizen

Marriage Certificate registered in the Public Register Office – RENIEC or legalized by the mentioned institution, in case of being issued abroad, it should be legalized by the Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
f) In Case of Being Married with a Foreigner Resident in Our Country

Original Marriage Certificate registered in the Public Register Office - RENIEC (if the marriage was fulfilled in Peru), or a similar document of their origin country, it should be legalized by The Peruvian Consulate and endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (if the marriage was fulfilled abroad).
Note:
In all the cases mentioned above if the documents are in a foreign language, they should be translated into Spanish by an Official Translator.
It is up an extension for up to one year.
 
Important Information
Payment for Procedure: S/. 12.25 nuevos soles.
Procedure Timeline: 5 days.
Department in Which Starts the Procedure: Immigration Department or Immigration Headquartes or Immigration Control or Border Control.
Authority Who Approves the Procedure: Director of Immigration or Assistant Director of Temporales or Jefes de Migraciones or Inspector de Migraciones.
Authority in Case of Reconcideration:Director of Immigration or Assistant Director of Temporales or Jefes de Migraciones or Inspector de Migraciones.
Authority In Case Of Appeal: General Director of Immigration and Naturalization.
